  • How Can I Change/Modify My Account Password?
  • You can change your password from your Account page. Click "Change Password." You can then type in your old password and new password

  • How Do I Remove My Account?
  • In order to remove your account, please email support@canvassignages.com or contact us via chat. We will delete your account without annoying you.

  • How Do I Modify The Privacy Setting Of My Project?
  • In order to update your project's privacy settings, click the "My Projects" tab, located at the top of the Canvas Signages homepage. Further, click "Settings" next to your project title. You can set your project to be viewable by Public, Unlisted, or Private.

  • How Can I see my Orders, I've Placed?
  • Go to your Canvas Signages Account page and scroll down. A complete history of your orders will be displayed! Please contact us for further queries.

  • How Do I Unsubscribe From Mails?
  • To unsubscribe or change the frequency of our outgoing Emails. You have to modify your Account Settings. Here, you have the option to update your Email Preferences.

  • How Do I Change/Modify My Email Address And Password?
  • In order to modify, click on the Account drop down menu located at the top of your Canvas Signages homepage. Further, select "Settings". Once you are done, you will see the option of updating information.
